ServiceNow has 85 billion workflows in flight across the Fortune 2000, executing ~7 trillion transactions. Every major hyperscaler, LLM (Anthropic, OpenAI, Snowflake, Databricks, etc) leverages their platform. McDermott’s argument is that in every major tech transition, the money flows to whoever owns the control plane. In the agentic AI era, he believes that’s ServiceNow.
