Communication ability resting in the throat chakra is one of the most targeted gifts in people with an innate ability for shifting collective frequency through expression alone. 

External expression of psychic information, lifetimes of knowledge, and translation of multidimensional channelling all pierce the fabric of reality through this instrument, leaving a permanent dent in the Akashic records. 

Meaning word is law.

Unless you’re familiar with revision, spiritual contracts, or advanced energy work dynamics. But that’s a topic for another day.

I am so glad I have already produced a substantial written body of work because no entity can convince me I don’t have two brain cells to rub together anymore to prevent me from expressing. 

All I have to do is open my Substack and read. Scroll a bit on my own Threads. 

Starting, however, was horrendously difficult. First of all, I didn’t even speak English. Lithuanian is my first language. So I learned while living in the UK. 

Then my mental health battles grew in intensity to the point I couldn’t function at all, crying for 5-6 hours a day, looping suicidal thoughts. Even then, I identified that these were not true desires of my soul. I just didn’t have the word for it. 

Entities.

I completely lost my ability to communicate clearly. But I still attempted to write. In one-word sentences. Something in me knew I could not fully abandon my expression. 

That meant death. 

Practice beats entities out of your field. Yes, spiritual work such as energy work, prayer, somatic work, manifestation practices removes them too - but if the new doesn’t fill the void, it draws back the familiar destruction. So practice that one thing your highest timeline self is an expert in. You already know what it is.
