to-do’s for this spring sunday to reduce burn-out for the week ahead:
big bowl of soup in pretty meal prep containers so I have non-hospital food to eat that I enjoy
go see a rom com with my friend and enjoy buttery popcorn and overpriced soda
fold laundry, put it away, and make sure the dishwasher is empty
write out my schedule for the week, and note any points where I predict I’ll be running low on fuel, and don’t plan for extra obligations those days
Boston bake club meetup for pastries for the week!
bubble bath, time to read before bed, and candles on: remember, sometimes you need to host yourself
take it slow and be present, don’t scroll self through Sunday scaries. unfortunately does seem scrolling makes Sunday scaries scarier
