to-do’s for this spring sunday to reduce burn-out for the week ahead:

  • big bowl of soup in pretty meal prep containers so I have non-hospital food to eat that I enjoy

  • go see a rom com with my friend and enjoy buttery popcorn and overpriced soda

  • fold laundry, put it away, and make sure the dishwasher is empty

  • write out my schedule for the week, and note any points where I predict I’ll be running low on fuel, and don’t plan for extra obligations those days

  • Boston bake club meetup for pastries for the week!

  • bubble bath, time to read before bed, and candles on: remember, sometimes you need to host yourself

  • take it slow and be present, don’t scroll self through Sunday scaries. unfortunately does seem scrolling makes Sunday scaries scarier
