one of my favorite things that has been unexpectedly super delightful this year while in psychiatry fellowship has been teaching a 6:30 am pilates class. I workout more regularly, I have a better consistency with my sleep schedule, I’m part of my studio’s community, I get to be creative in making classes, and I see a lot of sunrises.
I am in many other areas of life type B, but this ONE type A thing has really boosted my spirits amidst the stress of medical training.
