Amazon owns Goodreads, but they are still separate companies. However, if you run say, an ebook giveaway, Amazon will do the fulfillment automatically through Amazon. Not sure if that answers your question.

Also, your overall Goodreads rating will show up on your Amazon book page. I'll send you a screenshot since I can't add it here.
