Starting over with a new idea:

It's called Brisk and it's supposed to help freelancers manage clients better - invoices, contracts, proposals, all that stuff that gets in the way of real work.

Here's my situation:

• No live product. No users.

• No audience. Not even a waitlist.

• Don't want to vibe code it (will probably need a developer soon)

What I do have:

• A landing page that works

• Unfinished designs I'm probably too attached to

• 6+ calls with freelancers who hate chasing payments

My “marketing” for now:

Post messy updates (wins, fails, all of it) every other week.

Talk to humans, repeat (if you’ve got freelance horror stories, I want them👂)

Launch plan: TBD. (building on nights & weekends)

Validation plan: Don't build something nobody wants.
