Marinate pork chops for 1-24 hours. The longer the better. Hard sear pork chops on both sides in a hot pan. Add butter, gochujang, and a smashed garlic clove to the pan and baste the chops. Pull from the heat at 135F and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Cucumber Salad
4 of those cute little cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 grated garlic clove
Splash soy sauce
Splash rice vinegar
Couple shakes of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
Pinch of sesame seeds
White pepper
Salt
