This week's podcast episode (out tomorrow) on Working Writers is about how it feels to venture outside our writers' comfort zones.

For example, I recorded my first video post this morning -DEFINITELY OUTSIDE MY COMFORT ZONE—but I persisted (see the clip below announcing a price increase that I knew warranted more than a written post).

So many things are wrong with this from a “YouTuber” perspective, but it’s me in my office doing my thing. Authentic? Real? Gritty? 😬

As I say in the podcast, I’m MUCH more content being a faceless voice on a podcast. But we all have to start somewhere.

However, as James Clear states in Atomic Habits, small, daily improvements will yield better results.
