Henry Nowak died handcuffed in a pool of his own blood. The cops responding to the incident took the word of his murderer that Nowak had done a racism, so instead of arresting the brown man with the bloody knife they arrested the white kid bleeding out on the ground, because while murder is arguably not great a heckin racism is unacceptable under any circumstances.

The murderer stole the kid's phone. The kid captured the altercation on the phone. There is video evidence.

This happened in December and we're just finding out about it now.
