$GOOGL $INTC $AMD $TSM
$GOOGL demand surges, boosting standard computing growth. Wedbush names Intel as primary beneficiary.
According to DigiTimes Asia, Quanta Cloud Technology, QCT is observing a surge in standard computing demand, with this growth primarily driven by $GOOGL.

Compared to $AMD, this trend is more favorable for $INTC.
During the Taiwan research in early April, although general-purpose CPU/server demand was emphasized to continue its growth into the second half of 2025, component suppliers and ODM manufacturers contacted at the time did not mention any signs of a sudden expansion in demand.
Quanta is now apparently discussing a surge in standard computing demand. The Q2 growth also aligns with our recent conversations with the supply chain—CPU secondary market prices have significantly risen in recent weeks, indicating more severe supply constraints than before, with DRAM previously considered the main bottleneck.
$INTC will be the primary beneficiary in this scenario, mainly due to its ability to increase its own production capacity; conversely, although $AMD can also benefit, its control over output is relatively weaker due to its reliance on $TSM for foundry services.
