PSA Grade Review:

This Gengar VMAX #271 received a PSA 10 from PSA. In our pregrade, we estimated this card had about a 40% chance of grading as a PSA 10, so this isn't a shocking result.

The flaws included borderline centering (estimated at 55/45 which is technically in range) and minor print issues/marks on the back.
