Hey all, book is coming along fine. We're looking at 240 pages, looking for a publisher right now. If anyone has advice on how to get an agent let me know. In the meantime. Enjoy my excuse to inform people of one of my favorite words. I think my favorite word/expressions is half-cocked though. Haven't found an excuse to use it.

I used to think memory was something you accessed. Alice believed it was something you became.

The word “praxis” came to mind.

Alice loved that word. She loved philosophical drivel and myths.

Praxis was where theory bled into reality. Where intention became consequence.

She used to say that consciousness wasn’t a spark. It was the accumulation of decisions. Memory, layered and recursive, not a light switch you could flip. But something that had to be done to be made real.
