EXPLOSIVE: A new investigation dubbed “Hondurasgate” claims leaked audio recordings tie Donald Trump, Argentine President Javier Milei, and former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández to an alleged effort to create a fake news operation designed to destabilize the governments of Mexico and Colombia.

According to the report in EL PAÍS, Hernández allegedly discussed setting up a digital media “cell” in the United States — funded with hundreds of thousands of dollars — to push disinformation targeting Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, Colombian President Gustavo Petro, and political opponents in Honduras.

The recordings reportedly came from WhatsApp, Signal, and Telegram chats and were analyzed using forensic voice authentication tools used by intelligence agencies around the world.

The allegations go even further, with claims that Trump’s pardon of Hernández was tied to a broader political arrangement involving international right-wing networks and allies connected to Israel.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said she listened to the recordings and warned about what she described as an international network spreading fake news campaigns against progressive governments.
