Resurrection season: The rain brings forth life from death, fruiting bodies from decayed logs, new sprouts from thawing soil. Been watching hummingbird bees feeding at the spring beauties between storms, calves and kids feeding at their mothers in the shelter of their barns, and at night you can hear worms crinkling beneath the wet leaves.

Looking forward to planting more trees this month to keep the whole cycle flowing.
