Russian State media propagandist Petyr Akopov released a victory speech which was picked up and shared by TASS, the russian state media news outlet. He claimed Ukraine and Russia were re-united and were back together in harmony.
The article was deleted and TASS deleted it a few days later. Why?
The thing is if it's on the internet it's there forever. The archives picked it up and now it's there...forever.

So yeah, Russia declared victory on day 2 and didn't plan for anything past a few weeks. That's why they brought so many jack booted thug cops with them like the FSB and GRU and went on a terror spree in the occupied territories invovling mass graves, torture, and rape.
