Make money doing the work you believe in

Myth: Breakfast is a personality trait. Some people do it, some don’t. Truth: Breakfast matters because it helps anchor the day metabolically.

That idea makes much more sense to me. A real first meal soon after waking tells the body that the active part of the day has begun.

And better meal timing is linked to living longer.
