Make money doing the work you believe in

Most protein advice stops at the daily total.

That matters, obviously. But muscles don’t behave like a spreadsheet, calmly adding everything up at midnight.

They respond to useful doses across the day. So the pattern matters too: not endless grazing, not one enormous dinner, but a few meals that give your muscles enough protein to actually respond.

That’s the part I think many of us have missed.
