I have just heard the Wellerman sea shanty singing on YouTube and feel as thrilled as so many viral others are! But I know why from Scripture; we were meant to live in community as tribes, nations, communities, families, and churches! The harmony rivals the great hymns of the Captain John Newton era that our hearts are longing to join together in, and the rhythm lifts our spirits!
