The FTC will surely win this lawsuit. Although WPATH is not a commercial organization it has numerous commercial activities. Once WPATH falls, the whole medical gender industry will fail - and insurance companies will run for cover (I mean non-cover…). It’s all about money - however stupid the Democratic Party remains on this issue, the public isn’t with them. Another Republican Presidency may be necessary to bring them back to reality.
