I genuinely think I could eat beans every single day and never get bored.

Today’s lunch: butter beans cooked with garlic, white wine, and chicken stock, spooned over whipped ricotta with parmigiano and lemon. Finished with a parsley, olive oil & lemon drizzle, Calabrian chili, and a fried egg.

Of course I had to eat it with a slice of toasted sourdogh to scarpetta every last bit.
