Eating less is not the answer. Eating differently is.
We watched Mama Z go from being able to eat only four foods to eating a full, abundant, delicious diet. The problem was never how much she ate. The problem was that conventional dairy, gluten, sugar, and preservatives were waging war on her gut.
If you are counting calories and still feeling terrible, stop counting and start reading labels instead. Look at the ingredient list, not the nutrition facts. If you cannot pronounce it, your body cannot process it either.
One swap. Today. Pick the thing you eat most and find the version with ingredients you actually recognize.
