We ask this because most of us have never actually brought our health struggles to Him specifically. We pray generally. “Lord, help me feel better.” But we rarely get specific. “Lord, why does my stomach hurt every single day? What am I missing?”

He cares about your body. He designed it. He is not too busy for the details.
