It’s easy to judge someone else’s convictions.
It’s much harder to remember how long it took us to arrive at our own.
There was a time when we didn’t think twice about processed food.
About plastics.
About toxins.
About stress.
About what Scripture actually says about stewarding our bodies.
But God reveals truth in layers.
And as He does… our convictions change.
Not because we’re trying to be extreme.
Not because we’re trying to be different.
But because we’re growing.
That’s why humility matters so much in the Bible Health conversation.
Some people are just beginning to question processed food.
Others are learning about plastics.
Others are rethinking medications, toxins, or lifestyle habits.
We are not all at the same place.
And that’s okay.
Because we are all under construction.
The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s obedience to the light God has given you today.
And when we lead with grace instead of judgment, we create space for growth, not division.
These are the kinds of conversations that are getting harder to have on social media.
That’s one of the reasons we’re building our community on Substack, where we can talk openly about the things that actually matter without censorship, algorithms, or distractions.
We’re so glad you’re here and if you are not ready… Please consider subscribing to be part of the revival…
