RFK Jr. and HHS – A Collection of Recent Information and Opinions (posted 04/24/25)
Many in the medical/health freedom world – and on the opposing side – have opined about the performance of Health and Human Services and its new head Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. over the past few months.
Our own jury is still undecided (though we do have a wish list). Why aren’t we weighing in? Possibly because no one cares what we think. But also because we aren’t part of anyone’s inner circle, nor are we qualified to tell others how to navigate political and social minefields. The best we can do is stay informed, work at the local level (which is most important), and share the best information we find.
Below, we’ve collected some articles and videos for your research hopper. These are just the tips of an avalanche of news from and about HHS and its sub-organizations.
Like many in the medical freedom wars, we want faster progress and more of it. But recent developments represent unprecedented progress in American public health history. We hope the progress will continue and accelerate in the coming months.

Our Starter-Pack Wish List
RFK Jr. should immediately rescind PREP Act Declarations (tinyurl.com/y8kbzcrk, scroll down).
Currently, these PREP Act Declarations are for COVID-19; Smallpox, Mpox, and Other Orthopox; Viral Hemorrhagic Fevers; Nerve Agents and Insecticides; Zika Virus; Pandemic Influenza; Anthrax; Acute Radiation Syndrome; and Botulinum Toxin.
Government (all levels) should defund, stop publicizing, and remove from the market all mRNA based medical interventions, including COVID-19 and RSV shots.
Congress must REPEAL/REVOKE the PREP Act (tinyurl.com/y8kbzcrk) and any related laws that allow PREP Act provisions to continue. This Act is unconstitutional and inhumane.
Congress must REPEAL/REVOKE/REVISE National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (tinyurl.com/yc2rkdea) which, among other things, provides liability protections for vaccine makers. Vaccine makers must be held liable for those injured by their products. No exceptions!
The Childhood Vaccine Schedule should be completely voluntary (tinyurl.com/3dthv3sp).
All doctors and parents must take home, read, and thoroughly understand FDA Package Inserts for each vaccine before injecting children with vaccines (tinyurl.com/mdrk857w).
All who administer vaccines must take and pass a course on vaccination that’s at least as rigorous as the “Vaccines and Immunity” course offered by IPAK-EDU’s Dr. James Lyons-Weiler (tinyurl.com/yzf2dbj9).

It's outrageous that we don't have a surveillance system [for vaccine injuries].
CDC did a study on its own vaccine system… It captures fewer than 1% of vaccine injuries. That's CDC's own study!
They [CDC] had a machine counting system that they were going to roll out to all the HMOs; but they put that on a shelf.
We are going to roll that out.
We're going to improve the surveillance, we're going to get the data sets from everybody we can.
We're going to do data sharing agreements with scientists all over the world with the best scientists, and we're gonna find out the contribution of vaccines – and everything else, mold, EMF food.
All of these other exposures began in the late 1980s.

You basically get to put an entirely new, fresh face of career leaders that are aligned to the president’s agenda and the secretary’s agenda in positions of authority that could be and will be longer lasting than just this administration.
Even in terms of the unknown, it is better to have leadership that’s willing to take these bold actions than it is to continually lead Americans down a poor health outcome path.

According to Politico, they’re still in talking stages, not yet in the doing stages. Making this happen NOW would be a good start. We sincere hope RFK Jr. uses his lifetime of knowledge to do the right thing. He knows the dire personal and political risks of making such changes, but he also must know the massive humanitarian benefits too.

FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary has eliminated the role of pharmaceutical representative on FDA advisory committees, stating: “Industry employees are welcome to attend FDA advisory committee meetings, along with the rest of the American public, but having industry employees serve as official members of FDA advisory committee members represents a cozy relationship that is concerning to many Americans. In fact, the FDA has a history of being influenced unduly by corporate interests.”
