Toxic Exposure from Pesticides, Herbicides, Wildfires, and More — Sections 453, 457 and 507 MUST be scrapped! Posted 08/11/25

We’ve written much about various toxic exposures and offered action items you can take. Additional articles and a video on this topic are below. Unfortunately, space limitations in Substack notes prohibit us from providing detailed summaries, so we’ve offered the “Cliff’s Notes” version only (thanks to Grok for the help; scroll down for details).

🔥CITIZEN ACTION NEEDED!

We hope you will take action and contact your federal legislators about their inclination to pass MORE liability protection for chemical companies, much like the pharmaceutical companies enjoy for vaccines now and the tobacco companies did before that.

📞✍️🔥Pressure your federal representatives (especially in the House, but the Senate too) to remove Section 453 of as well as 457 and 507.

  • Fill out the petition or write your own letter and call. Here’s the page from Stand for Health Freedom with all the information you need: tinyurl.com/bdzdj9en

ASK FEDERAL REPRESENTATIVES TO SCRAP Sections 453, 457 and 507! Currently, a covert appropriations bill “for the Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes” is in the House, which would make getting proper labeling information or winning lawsuits against chemical companies that produce toxic substances nearly impossible — forever. And it’s not just about glyphosate or paraquat. More than 1200 chemicals could be protected. But there’s more… the bill also has other nasty provisions (see tinyurl.com/bdzdj9en for full details):

  • SECTION 453: All Pesticides – blocks the government from taking any action if it differs in any way from the EPA’S most recent health or cancer assessment, even though many such assessments are outdated, inadequate, and have been challenged and vacated in court.

  • SECTION 457: Ethylene Oxide (EtO) – blocks new information on a widely used chemical and medical procedures.

  • SECTION 507: Sewage Sludge – cripples the EPA’S ability to protect us from “forever chemicals” in sewage sludge.

The chemical companies are using the SAME playbook used by pharma companies for vaccines and tobacco companies for cigarettes. The play book includes lying, disinformation, bad or altered science, censorship, bribery, and — did we mention? — lying.

Please do not let your legislators fall for the scam.

ED NOTE: Many Republicans are backing the Section 453 liability protection for pesticide companies,

➡️ The Deadly Campaign to Shield All Pesticides from Legal Liability. Unmasking Bayer and Monsanto's Cruel and Destructive Legacy and How Toxic Sludge is Destroying Our Farmlands. By A Midwestern Doctor (08/10/25): tinyurl.com/4my7m4f3

A Midwestern Doctor (AMD) exposes Bayer and Monsanto's long history of producing toxic products like Roundup (glyphosate), Agent Orange, and PCBs, causing widespread harm while evading liability through aggressive legal tactics and lies.

AMD describes Bayer's post-Monsanto acquisition efforts to shield pesticides from lawsuits via courts, states, Congress, and the EPA, paralleling the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act's consequences.

A covert Congressional bill provision protecting pesticide makers and allowing toxic biosolids on farmlands, urging public action to prevent permanent environmental damage and health crises.

Video features announcements about an upcoming conference, RFK Jr.'s cancellation of mRNA vaccine contracts, warnings against complacency on vaccines, discussions on stablecoins and promoting cash use, and then a deep dive into federal preemption legislation (Section 453) that could shield pesticide manufacturers from liability. Guest Dr. Alexandra Munoz explains the health risks of glyphosate and paraquat and 1200+ other toxic substances this legislation would shield from liability.

➡️ The Turner Gulch Fire And The Uranium Problem. Firefighters Concerned Over Possible Exposure. Shedding light on this Colorado Fire. The Hotshot Wake Up (08/10/25): tinyurl.com/ydz32p4y

Hotshot Wakeup describes a fire that’s releasing toxic radioactive dust from old mining operations as plants burn and firefighters disturb soil. The government tells firefighters “there’s nothing to worry about.” It’s similar to what we are told about “safe and effective” vaccines, toxic chemical products, chemical spills (e.g., East Palestine), and weather engineering / cloud seeding.

It appears that the BLM assured everyone they would be fine, but the information provided lacked details about inhaling the decades-old moon dust in the area or the smoke from vegetation burning nearby. The warnings mostly revolved around falling into open mine pits and staying away from tailings piles. — Hotshot Wakeup

The Turner Gulch Fire in Colorado's Mesa County, now one month old, has burned into BLM land near historic uranium mines and tailings piles, raising concerns among firefighters about inhaling radioactive dust and smoke from contaminated vegetation.

The area's uranium mining history, dating back to the 1940s, includes transport roads used as fire lines and a spike camp nearby, prompting exposure tracking, environmental testing, gear cleaning, and specialist involvement.

Studies indicate plants absorb uranium, which concentrates in ash and fine particles during wildfires, posing inhalation risks like lung cancer—exacerbated by the region's higher-than-average lung cancer rates. The author expresses concerns about sending firefighters into such hazardous zones for political or community reasons.
