ICAN’S Attorneys File Suit Against CDC to End its Illegal Blocking of Users on X (Twitter) (08/01/24)

ICAN is supporting a lawsuit against HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and CDC Director Mandy Cohen for unconstitutionally blocking Americans First Amendment rights on CDC’s official X account. The complaint asks that CDC unblock the account and declare that CDC violated the First Amendment.
