Days after the CDC was served with a lawsuit, it unblocked journalist TexasLindsay from its official government X account. TexasLindsay’s First Amendment rights lawsuit will continue. She states (correctly) that government organizations such as the CDC have no right to block users from an official X-account for pointing out factual inaccuracies or inconvenient truths on social media.
