The Justice Department has indicted Linda Sun (former Deputy Chief of Staff to New York Governor Kathy Hochul and former senior staffer for former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo) for violating and conspiring to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), visa fraud, alien smuggling, and money laundering conspiracy.

She allegedly acted on behalf of the government of the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) and the Chinese Communist Party (the “CCP”). Her husband and co-defendant Chris Hu was charged with money laundering conspiracy, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and misuse of means of identification.

Faddis describes this and other examples of Chinese spy infiltration starting from the bottom and working to the top of US Government. Other examples include Rep. Eric Swalwell's campaign fundraiser Fang Fang, Sen. Diane Feinstein's staffer, and Hunter Biden.

He concludes:

The occasional arrest of a staffer does not begin to address the underlying problem. The Chinese are buying the American “elite” on an industrial scale.
