The U.S. House of Representatives passed HR1425: “No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act” on September 11, 2024.
Unfortunately, HR1425 does not address WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) or threats from U.N. treaties that may cover the same ground.
Please contact your U.S. senators and ask them to add simple clarification points to HR1425. This incredibly important bill and must be amended and passed before the next pandemic is declared by an unelected globalist organization.

Amend and then pass HR1425
The UN, WHO, and globalist organizations are destroying sovereignty worldwide. This must NOT stand in America!
HR1425 requires one critical clarification: The amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations (IHR) are not addressed by the bills.
HR1425 is a good start, but must not be exclusive to the pandemic treaty or a product of the International Negotiating Body (INB).
The IHR already has been amended without input from Congress. But the document has morphed through the years to become more a treaty and less an executive agreement.
Additionally, HR1425 does not address looming threats by the United Nations (including the Pact for the Future).
Before this instrument leaves the Senate, please add this text to HR1425:
"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any convention, agreement, or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response reached by the [United Nations, or] the World Health Assembly, [including but not limited to] the recommendations, report, or work of the International Negotiating Body established by the second special session of the World Health Assembly is deemed a treaty..."
