Rep. Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ), has introduced H.R. 9828, the End the Vaccine Carveout Act. This legislation seeks to strip vaccine manufacturers of unfair immunity protections that have left the vaccine injured without legal recourse.
If passed, this legislation will gut some of the worst side effects of the PREP Act and the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986.
ED NOTE: As of 9/30/24, H.R. 9828 has 30 Republican co-sponsors. Democrats must get on board too. Human health should NOT be a partisan issue!
