John Kerry and the Assault on Free Speech. Hammering the First Amendment out of existence. By Robert W Malone MD, MS (10/03/24)

John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), Letitia James, and many others are gunning for your First Amendment (1A) rights to hear and produce speech, as enshrined in the US Constitution:

First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Dr. Malone discusses the dangers of suppressing free speech and provides links to chilling anti-1A videos by Clinton, AOC, Kerry, James along with a short essay from The Brownstone Institute about how Enemies of the First Amendment vow to “hammer it out of existence.”

He also lists examples of people who have been persecuted or jailed for speaking their minds, including Mark Steyn, Peter Brimelow, Amy Wax, CJ Hopkins, Steve Bannon, Julian Assange, Douglass Mackey, Roger Ver, and Pavel Durov. This is just the tip of the iceberg!

Malone concludes:

The target is the First Amendment but with a precise purpose: securing regime control over the whole population, with a public culture wholly controlled in the interests of protecting the administrative state against populist resistance. Those are the stakes.
