Unlike most other doctors during the pandemic, Dr. Kirk Moore (a plastic surgeon in Utah) prioritized patient autonomy and informed consent. Refusing to comply with mandates he considers unethical, Dr. Moore allowed patients to decide on their health.
He provided COVID early treatments when other doctors would not, likely saving many lives. Because he refused to wear a mask in the hospital, he lost his privileges, his surgical center, and malpractice insurance, so he decided to become a COVID “vaccine” clinic. After giving patients informed consent, he gave them saline injections (which technically fit the “new” definition of a “vaccine”) along with vaccine cards.
He became active politically, trying to change laws and policies in his state. He refused to do surgery on recently vaccinated people because he was concerned they would have bad outcomes. He also became close to some vaccine injured and publicized their plights (including Brianne Dressen of REACT19).
He is a strong advocate for critical thinking and using differential diagnosis to determine whether a patient is vaccine injured — something few doctors of the “we don’t know what’s wrong with you but it’s not the vaccine” school are doing now.
Visited by the FBI, he now faces legal charges that highlight issues of medical freedom, government control, and personal rights. The judges are not being kind or open minded and he is being muzzled. His legal fees are astronomical and likely could reach $1M or more.
