Everyone is excited about Trump’s Department of Governmental Efficiency (DOGE), headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy. Idaho needs to jump on that bandwagon. Our state budget has grown by 55% over the past five years, and it’s time to get serious about making every taxpayer dollar count by cutting out the waste.
Zuiderveld — along with Christy Zito, Kent Marmon, Lucas Cayler, Clint Hostetler, Faye Thompson, David Leavitt, and Josh Kohl — vow to cut Idaho government waste, fraud, and abuse to put more money back in taxpayers’ pockets.

No benefits for non-citizens. NONE!
Roll back Medicaid expansion. Put time limitations and work requirements.
Cut Idaho Health and Welfare and Education to the bone.
Cut the services from health districts, many of which provide harmful products including COVID shots, other "immunizations," and fluoride treatments.
Refuse any federal funding or grants that require quid pro quo. These often harm more than they help and can cost more than the money received after the required hoop jumping.
