Yep, that’s right. Lesson(s) learned.

This isn’t a turnaround post since I haven’t turned anything around yet. Hopefully, reading these lessons will help you avoid some of the mistakes I made along the way. At the end, I’ll share an update for GrowthWaves subscribers. First, the lessons:

You made it, you own it

You always own your intellectual property, mailing list, and subscriber payments. With full editorial control and no gatekeepers, you can do the work you most believe in.

Whenever you feel you are “too late,” try this very cool perspective shift.
