RFK JR. FACING OPPOSITION FROM SCIENTISTS WITH CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
15 Harvard-affiliated Nobel Laureates have signed a letter opposing Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s appointment as HHS Secretary. Turns out that many signatories have deep financial and professional ties to industries that influence public health policy, including signatory Roger D. Kornberg.
It’s important that we listen to people who are not conflicted, who do not benefit from opposing this important nomination.
URGENT STATE ACTION REQUIRED: The Senate Finance Subcommittee on Health Care, along with the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee (HELP) Committee, will vote on RFK Jr.'s appointment before it reaches the Senate floor. The following states are critical to confirmation:

South Dakota
Rhode Island
New Hampshire
Vermont
Alaska
