Thanks to President Trump and our Idaho Federal and State elected officials, the notorious, hated, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Lava Ridge Wind Turbine project appears to be temporarily dead in Idaho. This is a HUGE win for our state! But, the Zombie could rise, so we must be vigilant.

But now a new project raises its ugly head. Idaho is again the target of “Green Energy” Bureau of Land Management (BLM) projects. This time, it’s for solar and wind projects between the cities of Gooding and Shoshone, Idaho. Shades of Lava Ridge? The BLM Twin Falls District, Shoshone Field Office recently announced a virtual information forum regarding the Taurus Wind Project and Snake River Solar Project proposed by Taurus Wind LLC and Snake River Energy LLC, wholly owned subsidiaries of Arevia Power. The virtual forum will include a presentation about the Taurus Wind and Snake River Solar projects and offer time for public feedback. If these projects are like the Lava Ridge project, BLM will go through the motions of listening to public comments, then do exactly what it wants to destroy Idaho in the name of money, environmentalism, and green energy.
Please make this stop! Green energy is a technology backed by false models and false premises that cooling the planet – even if successful – is a good idea.
