Despite this modern day Mengele’s pardon for federal crimes, Anthony Fauci still can be prosecuted for state-level crimes. HCR005 declares that Idaho does not recognize the pardon, and that it therefore can (AND SHOULD) pursue legal and criminal actions against Fauci.
Fauci’s corruption and crimes span decades, from HIV and Ebola drug trials (AZT and remdesivir, respectively) to COVID-19 – including funding gain of function research, social distancing, lock downs, business and school closures, mask and COVID shot mandates, deadly remdesivir and other hospital “standard of care” protocols, and more. Many Idahoans suffered or died due to Fauci’s work and policy edicts.
Fauci was pardoned because Joe Biden (and the world) knew he was guilty of countless crimes, even though he hadn’t been charged.
Millions of words have been written about Fauci’s crimes, but Holocaust survivor Vera Sharav summarized his actions and other COVID countermeasures with the docuseries and phrase “Never Again is NOW GLOBAL.”
Sharav was, of course, referring to Holocaust (WWII) atrocities by corrupt doctors and scientists including Josef Mengele. Like Mengele, Fauci performed deadly experiments on animals and humans, which resulted in tremendous suffering and death. These crimes also enriched Fauci, whose net worth exceeded $11 million when he left office, and will continue to grow due to his obscene government pension and other perks.
NOTE: David Martin PhD states Fauci still could be prosecuted for federal crimes. Fauci worked with Dr. Ralph Baric on gain of function in 2013, while Biden’s pardon covers 2014 and later.
So, yes, Idaho must prosecute Fauci for crimes that caused terrible suffering by Idaho citizens.
