Idaho Legislature: Ask Legislators to VOTE NO on H0078 Electronic driver's licenses, IDs (posted 01/31/25, updated 03/24/25)

03/24/25 Update: H00078 failed — thankfully — in Senate Transportation Committee.

_______

Masterful speaker Robert Roos, Former MEP, Netherlands, recently stated his #2 priority: “Ensuring Freedom: No Central Bank Digital Currencies. No digital IDs. We are born free and do not need technocratic controls.” His #1 priority: “1. Restoring Free Speech: Reverse the Digital Services Act and protect public discourse.”

Roos knows digital surveillance and digital IDs endanger everyone’s privacy and freedom. Idaho Legislators must understand too, and vote NO.

H0078 grants ITD authority to issue electronic ID cards and driver’s licenses that will be stored in the licensee’s mobile phone wallet application. These IDs “shall be an electronic extension of a department-issued physical credential that conveys identity and driving privilege information, can be displayed on a wireless communication device, and shall be deemed a valid driver's license for all purposes under Idaho Code.”

Many Idahoans opt out of REAL ID (Star cards) due to electronic surveillance concerns. And now H0078 wants to bake in electronic surveillance and access to our identity and (ultimately) other data.

Digital DLs are a “Great Reset” World Economic Forum (WEF) idea, steps toward digital prison and statist control. Ultimate goal: Every personal detail stored on "smart" phones. Despite H0078’s assurances of privacy, no digital data can be kept 100% private.

Digital IDs will lead to invasive surveillance and control (social credit systems), including travel and vaccine passports; access to money, banking, work, shopping, health records. (QR codes, like digital DLs, groom humans into transacting digitally; then the digital prison doors slam.)

Digital DLs could hacked or stolen just by walking past (armourcard.com/hacking-…).

Because the bill considers digital DL as an extension of a physical DL, digital DLs could be used for voter registration, enabling illegals to vote.

Eventually, digital DLs could be mandated, even for people who do not want or cannot afford smart phones. Remember masks and shots initially were encouraged, then mandated.

What if an expensive phone is lost, stolen, or damaged? Will they resort to human micro-chipping (thehill.com/opinion/tec…)?

PLEASE ASK FOR NO VOTE! Keep Idaho Free!
