This may be the second scariest bill on the 2025 legislative docket (H0206 being #1); the resulting financial and human costs could be devastating. H0207 and H0206 will cement national control and globalism into Idaho Code.

H0206 – shocking 64-pages long – transfers Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responsibilities from Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (DHW) to Idaho Military Division. It ties Idaho more tightly to federal cost structure and strips local community control over EMS.
