Update 04/08/25 — We learned new information about why H0290 was a good idea. It prevents the Department of Health and Welfare from changing the childhood vaccine immunization schedule without legislative authority.

NOTE: S1210 — Medical Freedom Act — became law after H0290. Therefore, specifications in S1210 will supersede any similar ones in H0290.

We implore you to VOTE NO on H0290 - Immunizations, daycare and school. We should not be putting BAD policy into law, especially now that our federal government is finally starting to investigate whether the entire childhood vaccine schedule is necessary, safe, or effective.

While H0290 preserves vaccine exemptions, the bill still allows for unscientific discrimination against exempted minors if a vaccine-targeted disease breaks out. The bill lists a host of required vaccines that have not been properly tested for safety. These shots also are likely unnecessary (due to vaccine targeted diseases being rare, mild, or easily treatable). And the shots generally are ineffective for preventing disease or transmission – just as former White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx recently confessed regarding COVID shots.

Especially important: NOWHERE does this bill or the policy upon which it is based mention informed consent. The long-respected Nuremburg Code of Ethics and Helsinki Declaration demand informed consent!

We began studying outdated vaccine laws and the scientific consensus surrounding them shortly after COVID took over our lives. Now that we know the truth, we simply cannot stay silent about the harmful childhood vaccine schedule and the government's failure to provide informed consent to anyone about vaccine products.

We presented testimony (see excerpt below) at a school board meeting in January 2025. We attached the full testimony with extensive references and a proposed revised immunization policy. For practical reasons, the revised policy retained the same list of recommended vaccines. However, the suggested revision contains clear statements about informed consent, the ability to request vaccine exemptions, and an important update that unvaccinated would NOT be discriminated against and excluded from school in case of disease outbreaks. Current science (which has been censored for decades) shows that the UNVACCINATED actually are healthier and can contribute to herd immunity; just the opposite of current "consensus" policy.

PLEASE VOTE NO on H0290 and let true science – which we hope RFK Jr's HHS finally will reveal officially – catch up.

We are children of the 1950s. Our parents gave us every doctor recommended shot. This "do what the authorities recommend" policy continued as siblings and their children became parents. As adults, we received all doctor recommended shots, trusting the medical and government authorities to provide necessary, safe, and effective recommendations for our health.

All that changed when COVID hit and we began investigating not only the COVID shots but all vaccines. What we learned about their history, testing, efficacy, and side effects was eye opening.

Did You Know?

• No vaccines have been tested in double-blind placebo controlled trials.

• Some vaccines are safety tested only a few days.

• No long term studies have been conducted on any vaccine.

• Many vaccines contain aluminum, a neurotoxin.

• Under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, there is NO MANUFACTURER LIABILITY for vaccine-caused injuries or death.

• Since the 1986 Act, chronic diseases, including autism, have skyrocketed.

• Unvaccinated kids are healthier. In families where only the first child was "fully vaccinated," the oldest is often the sickest and takes longest to recover.

• School Special Ed budgets have skyrocketed – Why?

• Vaccines have poor safety records as shown in under-reported government databases.

• Vaccines do not prevent disease or transmission (CDC admission).

• Thanks to better sanitation and less crowding, many communicable diseases were on the wane before vaccines became available, or the diseases disappeared on their own.

• Polio in the 1950s likely was caused by the environmental toxin DDT. Once DDT was banned, polio cases dropped.

• Many disease outbreaks are traced to environmental factors or to vaccines themselves due to shedding, viral mutations, or asymptomatic transmission by vaccinated people. Today, for example, many cases of polio and COVID are vaccine induced.

• Unvaccinated children with healthy immune systems typically recover quickly from childhood illnesses and have lifelong immunity.

• Some febrile infectious childhood diseases actually may protect against adult cancers.

Bottom Line:

• Public health officials have not been transparent about vaccines. Censorship has been longstanding and vicious.

• Parents have not been given true informed consent regarding the benefits and harms of vaccination.

• Regarding Immunization Policy xxxx, we’re asking that:

  • NO vaccines be recommended or required for school.

  • No pressure, discrimination, or exclusion be permitted against the unvaccinated, whether an outbreak exists or not.

  • The board tables its decision and takes more time to revise policy xxxx. We are happy to provide materials and editing assistance if desired.
