Make money doing the work you believe in

I don’t need gods or spirits to know a dog is sacred.

I don’t need myth to replace science, or science to erase myth.

Dogs stand at the crossroads of both.

Science shows me their brain lights up when they smell me; myth shows me that bond is older than fire.

I don’t worship them, but I revere what they reveal. They are teachers without sermons, companions without conditions, mirrors without distortion.

They live as they are, unashamed, unmasked, utterly present.

To honor that is not belief, it’s recognition. To tell their stories is to stand in awe. Not because they are divine, but because they are real.
