Keeping tabs on men’s basketball roster movement: Forward Amare Bynum announced he’ll be back at Ohio State for his sophomore season. Buckeyes were expected to prioritize retention of Bynum and guard John Mobley Jr. from last year’s starting lineup. Bynum is back after starting 24 games as a freshman, averaging 9.7 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.

Bynum has a chance to make a huge leap and be a stud next year, some of which I touched on while covering the team at the NCAA Tournament
