A corrupt system file prevented me from publishing yesterday’s post-close reports on Ghost until this morning. The files have been repaired and all is good now. I decided to open the two reports to Members Only (includes those registered as Free). There are still roughly 10% of Substack subscribers who have not registered at billcara.ghost.io.

This weekend, I will re-start the Portfolio report. I am in 100% cash since February 27, thankfully, and not yet prepared to accept the asymmetric risks that my INSTAT system is reporting, but some instruments are reaching the Accumulation Zone, which is a term I use to refer to when to begin focusing on Watchlist instruments for potential timing of new positions.
