Small state university in Appalachia in the late 60s here. Majored in music and Spanish (yawn). Worked my way up to running a half billion dollar sector of a Fortune 500 corporation. Tutored MBA students at several universities. I was inspired by JFK to become a liberal Democrat in 1960, and by Nancy Pelosi to become a liberal independent in 2009.

A lifelong liberal, I find Democrats to be the least liberal group in the country.
