Every important organization is captured (and/or corrupt). Every one of them. It's complete horizontal and vertical integration. If there was one important non-captured "truth-seeking" organization, some of these miscarriages of justice could perhaps be stopped and justice given to victims. But there's not ONE such important organization.

... That's how we got where we got. Until we get ONE non-captured important organization, the corrupt Status Quo will continue.
