By day, I’m a content creator. By night, I write poetry, funny stories from my life, and articles on the mind body & soul.

I have 3 frenchies and an English bulldog that I call the frenchie farm and I love them more than life. I love being outside, and over the last year I’ve come to hate being on my phone.
