A very worthwhile read. I’m still opposed to tariffs on principle and would prefer some other diabolical way of achieving the same ends (within the bounds of the law of course!). China will have first mover advantage on some fronts but not all. Cover the horizontal and nurture abundance, longevity, design, efficiency, in EV’s, the swath of renewable energy technologies being developed, biotech, regen agri, and most importantly batteries, CDR.
