OpenAugi is coming.

I’ve spent a year circling what OpenAugi actually is. Here’s what I got.

Its mission is to remove the pain of information overload by making your data useful to AI agents — which makes AI useful to you.

It’s a combination of tooling and technique that I believe unlocks something new in how humans and AI work together.

The core is open source. Your data stays with you. No platform owns your memory layer. We see companies all over starting to lock down your data so they can capture the value.

This is wrong and dangerous.

Your data is your moat. OpenAugi helps you own it and wield it.

Under the hood it’s a context engineering framework — your raw notes, voice dumps, and scattered thinking get extracted, deduplicated, and structured so any agent can actually work with them. Think of it as agentic RAG for your life.
