I just ran Claude deep research on 4000 Obsidian notes.

Honestly, it’s awesome to be able to.

But the whole key to doing this was unimpressive.

Basic ETL to structure the data, opinionated MCP tools to query the data by hub, individual block, graph traversal, and time filtering.

But now I can see my weaknesses, my patterns, the things I actually do vs what I say I do, the different interests I have, the pieces I’ve built.
