Hoy me doy permiso de sentir profundamente, sin esconder ni justificar mis emociones. Aprendo que no necesito tenerlo todo resuelto para ser digna de amor y respeto. Mostrarme tal como soy, con todo lo que habita en mí, también es valentía.

Today I give myself permission to feel deeply, without hiding or justifying my emotions. I am learning that I don’t need to have everything figured out to be worthy of love and respect. Showing up as I am, with everything that lives inside me, is also courage.
